Like many IPMA Family I have been watching the very successful launch of the FIFA World Cup in South Africa. I have been impressed by the way all the major projects came together, the construction projects, transport porjects and myriad of other preparations that go with a major international sporting event. I understand that teh World Cup is the second biggest sporting event in the world after the Olympics. All this reflects greeat credit on South Africa and its Project Managers (and let's hear it for the Programme Manager too). They have certainly risen tothe CHALLENGE - will we be addreessing any ofhtis at our World Congress?

Hi all!

Actually, I have a comment from the Coaching for Development team (for more info, check out our website www.coaching4development.org), an initiative that is organized by the IPMA Young Crew that will be happening in 2010, and that we thing could play a role in the World Congress (maybe have a stand, or some sort of presentation, or... the possibilities are unlimited).

What do you think? How could we develop this further? How could I help out on that?
