I am please to announce to you the call for papers for AEIPRO's annual international conference, this year to be held in Valencia. I am also particularly adressing you because this year for the first time we are planning on a high amount of English-speaking activities and integration, and we think it is a good chance to open the conference to a broader global public.

The conference has been running for 27 years already, of which 15 as an international event, with an average of 20-30% participants from Portugal and several countries in Latin America. This year we would like to give it an extra international spin, and for that, we would be happy to welcome you to our city.

 

If you want to present something, the call for papers will be open until January 13th!

Hi Les!
I´m working in the Planning and Management of Sustainable Rural Development Research Group in the Technical University of Madrid (UPM); GESPLAN was created in the UPM in 2006 under the direction of Adolfo Cazorla Montero. http://www.grupogesplan.es

This research group has lots of experience in development planning and management, programs evaluation, projects management, and issues related to underdeveloped of countryside.

On the other hand, I´m the director of one "Educational Innovation Group" in the same UPM, GIE-Project, with the main objective of conceiving a new teaching dimension around Projects as educational elements suitable to generate an early professional experience and training from project management competences in the field of engineering.

I've received a friendly email from Les and I've just joined the group.
I want share with you that we are running the 6th edition of our Master in Project Management: 21 students have applied ... and all them are going to apply to AEIPRO, half to the AEIPRO Joven Group: the Spanish YC is growing up!! But nothing that Dani can't manage with!!

Jesus, what a great idea to create a presence for IPMA LACC. I'm eager to work with you on creating the space and implementing a blog. The first step is for you to go to http://ipmacod.ning.com/groups/group/new and create a group for IPMA LACC. Include a brief description to get us started (we can change it anytime). Put in "LACC" for Group_Type. Save it and I'll join you to launch this today.

Hi there Dani/Les
We need to create a new IPMA network related with the LACC Area because we have #2 news MA's & CB's created and reciently admited (Mexico & Peru), #3 under constitution (Chile, Panama & Guatemala) and #4 in negotiation (Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica & Uruguay). Since August the 5th to August 30th we have plan 16 IPMA Seminars (TAP, LACC, Certification) in Guayaquil and Quito (Ecuador), Medellin & Bogota (Colombia), Panama City in Panama, Guatemala City in Guatemala, and San Jose in Costa Rica. My concern to you it if is possible to create a specific IPMA on line Blog and/or IPMA LACC Famility network ?? like a aditional tool for a better performance of our IPMA LACC Project Plan for all the actual and future members and on line activities and news in LACC ??. I need your help for that and yours suggestions will be welcome !!
